If you are unfamiliar with the binary compensation, it is based on building 2 teams to generate income. for example a distributor in the company recruits one person on their left and another on their right side. There are many benefits with this structure but the biggest is to promote team building. The reason for this is to help others succeed so you can succeed.
I prefer a payment plan like this because it motivates you to work hard to grow your team by training and working with your down line. When you build leaders under you they in turn build leaders under themselves on their left and right sides. This binary structure works only if the 2 distributors on your team build their team as well. Problems in this can occur but can easily be fixed by enrolling MOTIVATED PEOPLE THAT WANT TO SUCCEED!

This rule implies that you talk to everyone and everyone about your company that comes within a 3 foot radius of you until you get a yes. I no longer use this method because i despise bugging every member in my family and pestering all my friends about vemma.
