The job is not a prestigious one that consists of business trips or fancy luncheons, but the reward is helping the elderly community with a safe environment to call home. It is a job that you will have to have compassion for your fellow man.



Learning for all ages classes is important for nursing staff when working in aging communities. Each worker need these classes in order to be able to better interact and communicate with the residents. There are many times that younger residents will be put in the home and will have extra attention and reassurance while in the home, trained staff members will know how to deal with them.
